Writes: Dusko JOVANOVIC, a representative in the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro (Saturday, 12th June 1999. “DAN”)

From the beginning of the Kosovo crisis NATO “Hawks” have been making wrong political evaluations, and according to those wrong decisions. They, probably, can thank for that to the bad advisers from Yugoslavia.
Actually, an attempt to cause an artificial division between the leadership of FRY and people of FRY completely failed, even though they used state media in Montenegro, which were more tendentious than aggressor.
After that they tried to assassinate the president of FRY and the Supreme Commander of FRY, when the house where he lived was completely destroyed by rockets. As the assassination was unsuccessful, the aggressor is making new movement; it makes the decision about the embargo on the entering in the countries members of NATO to more than three hundred citizens of FRY.
Both these movements can be considered discriminatory, inhuman, cowardly and before all opposite to the regulative of the International Laws.
The next movement which remains to the aggressor was evil and polarized Hague Tribunal.
Slobodan Milosevic and four more officials were accused. After that Milo Djukanovic “STATUTORY HALF OF YUGOSLAVIA” was the first who made a statement to public. It was an interview to the radio “Free Europe”. To the direct question to comment the accusation, Djukanovic said:
“I consider that Hague Tribunal does legitimate procedure in investigating the responsibilities for the eventual war crimes”.
“I consider this procedure legitimate, and I expect that this procedure can show if there were war crimes in Kosovo, and who was responsible for them, no matter if that one is state official or not”.
As the Montenegrin officials were forbidden to use words like aggression, accusation of the aggression, NATO crimes, criminal alliance etc. Milo Djukanovic was very careful in using the appropriate terms in the interview.
Speaking of the crimes during the aggression on our country and at the same time forgetting all the innocent victims and so called “collateral damages” of the aggression can be done only by Montenegrin abused and slavery government.
Is it possible that Milo Djukanovic didn’t accuse all these aggressors’ crimes, hundreds of innocent victims, and didn’t try to investigate the responsibility of the people who ordered and those who accomplished the monstrous crimes? Just to remind some of these crimes were: Murino, Aleksinac, Surdulica, hospital in Belgrade, Chinese embassy, bus in Djakovica – 16 victims (civilians), train – Grdelicka klisura 17 victims (civilians), the colon of the refugees – Prizren 74 victims (civilians), refugees – Koris 87victims (civilians) etc.
NATO members of the International Union which have committed these crimes are sad, and the citizens of the country which has been a victim are even sadder, because their officials have been supporting the aggression.
The attempt to call a leader of a country before the International Court represent the attempt to arbitrate to one nation for refusing to play by the rules of the new World order which works only by the power of capital.
Mrs. Liz Arbor from the International Court in Hague is independent and autonomous as much as it is the regime in Montenegro. She can also accuse and arbitrage for the crimes of NATO as Milo Djukanovic could. He couldn’t even mention them and he couldn’t ask for their responsibility.
There is an old proverb “tie a horse where the boss orders you”.
Milosevic’s going to The Hague would be preferred for the Montenegrin regime. In that way the conquer Belgrade would be open. It has already become tight for the new financial establishment in Montenegro. That establishment earned money by the exploitation of the Yugoslav market, and now it is important to make control it in Belgrade itself. Milosevic is the main obstacle on that way, so Montenegrin government would like to see him in The Hague. Unfortunately, for the Montenegrin government this screenplay hasn’t passed. Probably they have already been thinking about another one. The court in Hague is not problem for the citizens of Montenegro. It is in The Hague.
However, Milo Djukanovic is threatening to the Montenegrin citizens who are in the Yugoslav Army’s uniforms that they will be responsible when all this ends. He didn’t say why and for which crime.
We agree with the responsibility for every line of the system.
Presentation of evidence is running.
This is the fourth evidence of the political support to the aggressor.
